Location Located just off the main highway 192 in Kissimmee; this complex is just a few minutes’ drive to the many shops; stores and restaurants that can be found on Highway 192. Nevertheless; the establishment enjoys a quiet location; free of noise and congestion from the highway. Walt Disney World is just a short 13-minute drive away. They are built in a townhouse style so that no unit has any other unit above or below it; which makes it quiet and relaxing to return to after a day visiting the theme parks of Central Florida. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel’s parking facilities. Rooms Each unit is tastefully decorated and offers a full kitchen with an oven and microwave. Furthermore; accommodation units come with walk-in closets; granite countertops and spacious tiled baths with a bathtub; shower and a hairdryer. Other amenities in the units include a flat-screen TV; washer; dryer and an iron and ironing board; as well as a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a living and dining area. Centrally regulated air conditioning and heating units also come as standard. Sports/Entertainment The resort has a club house with a heated swimming pool and hot tub. Inside the club house is an exercise room and a business centre that provides personal computers with Internet access and computer games to use. Also in the resort is a barbeque and picnic area; a volleyball court and children’s play area. Payment At check-in; the following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard and VISA. Misc. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in; registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center; located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway; Kissimmee; Florida 34747. The centre is open daily from 8 am to midnight. After hours; key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa; clients will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat; crib rental and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking; pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am on the day of departure. How to get there From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit road; signposted State Road 417 to Kissimmee. After 5 km join State Road 417 heading west. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2; signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp; after passing through the toll booth; turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the traffic light junction with US Highway 192. Here; turn left onto Highway 192; and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left; towards the Ramada Hotel; and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre; where you will check in; will be the large white building on your right.
