The complex opened for business in 2006. There are 57 rooms in total, spread over 6 floors. It is air-conditioned and features a lobby with 24-hour reception/check-out service, hotel safe, lift access, café, breakfast room, conference facilities and laundry service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a parking garage (limited to 18 spaces and subject to fees). Check-in is from 2 pm, while check out is before midday.
